Two weeks from kickoff to live, in four phases over 14 days. Day 1 you sign off on the plan. Day 14 the site is live on Cloudflare. The speed is possible because we skip WordPress, never offshore the work, and run a process with no bloat. The one thing that can stretch the timeline is content on your end, photos and service details, so we flag it at kickoff and hand you a short list.
Most contractor builds land between $10,000 and $20,000, fixed price, quoted at the strategy call. Cost depends on the number of service pages, service-area pages, and complexity such as multi-location operations or custom integrations. No hourly billing. No surprise change orders.
Most contractor sites we audit are better replaced than retrofitted. The foundation is usually a templated WordPress install with so many plugins that fixing it costs more than rebuilding clean. Copy is included. We draft it from the discovery session and you review every word. For photos, real shots from your job sites and trucks work best, and we give you a short shot list. If real photos are not available, we source quality stock or coordinate a half-day shoot as an add-on.
Light branding refinements are included: color palette, typography, layout direction. Full identity work such as a logo from scratch is a separate engagement, and we usually refer it to a specialist designer.
The site is built SEO-clean from day one: schema markup, fast load, mobile-first markup, proper service-page and service-area structure, complete titles and meta.
